The Sharaj “The Unknown History – The Finale”

(NOTE:The order that the factions are listed does not in anyway symbolize their Significance)

The Sharaj (Sh-ah -rah) or (Sh-ah-raj)
It is said they will “Claim a new Empire.”

Reqqite devised a plan to separate prized assets against those for collateral. All normal trade ships were over crewed, most of them being replace with elite commandos of the Sharajen’s military. As the ships docked in Anarraj, these commandos will covertly disperse insert themselves into the population.

Their targets were the prized minds and other valued personnel that Reqqite felt would serve better if removed from harms way. As well he wanted to take Anarraj intact for its worth.

These Commando teams captured scientist, industrialist and other important minds. They were then stowed away to safety, prior to the main invasion. The commandos also crippled communications at the initial of time the invasion. Anarraj was easily fooled and their defenses were unable to react before their system was invaded.

The Sharajen’s Space force would have been defeated if it weren’t for their 3 to 1 favor. However even with their overall Victory against the Annarajen starships, the Sharajen’s space force would be crippled for years.

Once the space was clear of threats the siege of Anarraj began. This annoyed Reqqite Sharaj by lasting longer than he wanted. The superior numbers of the Sharajen’s clashed poorly against the, superiorly trained, Anarrajen soldiers. After four weeks, the Siege became a war of attrition. The Siege crippled the planets infrastructure more than desired , but war has always been unpredictable.

Finally Victory was rewarded to the Sharajen’s, who in the end, brought a considerable larger amount of troops. Raqqite would set out to once more rebuild Sharaj’s military forces.

The Empire of Sharaj would thus set in stone its own piece of the Galaxy, with a future unbeknown but to their later  generations.

Thank you for participating in this feature about the Empire of the Sharaj.

History Lovers Of all Kinds

History lovers love history and more often than none they love the back stories to most stories.

Being a major history lover myself, I see the history of a created worlds just as amusing and entertaining as the history recorded from ancient times.

Fictional wars, fictional politics, fictional people, and fictional problems seem to satisfy the tired void from rereading mankinds past over and over again.

If you think I’m wrong? Look at the crazy everyone has had over the StarWars going from the old republic all the way up too, the soon to be released, Force Awakens.

My stories have a significant past that speaks through the story like rainwater leaking through a roof. The hardest part is to not to overburden the present with the past in order to maintain the vision you wished to create. (Excluding stories that are strictly influenced by past events).

History feeds an appetite that many had no idea they had.

The Sharaj (Sh-ah -rah) or (Sh-ah-raj)
It is said they will “Claim a new Empire.”

The defenseless System of Warrata, realizing how hopeless their struggle would be, surrendered within a day.

Appearing that they were obviously going to be invaded, The Anarrajens began a military and security build up.

Seqqite decided to cloak his dagger and play a game of deception. He initiated a campaign for peace with the Anarrajens while building up his military. He also began seeking outside help for his new fleet.

Seqqite hired dozens of professionals out of their region of space. During his travels to Anarraj for the peace talks, he would discreetly transport them back to Warrata on his personal transport.

Peace talks between the Sharaj and Anarraj ended unsuccessful. At least in the eye’s of Anarrajens.

The Sharaj fleet finished its refit 16 months after the end of the peace talks.
3 months after the completion of the refit; Sharaj Attacked.

The Sharaj (Sh-ah -rah) or (Sh-ah-raj)
It is said they will “Claim a new Empire.”

Their next target Seqqite wanted overtake was Warrata, but it proved to be difficult. The Anarraj supplied the fearful government of the Warrata with dozens of derelict warships, most being battleships. The Anarraj intelligence was aware that the Sharajen’s lack adequate combat capable warships. The derelict warships were the equipped with cheaply bought ship crews and given a few basic upgrades. Just enough to stand up to the Sharajen’s space Force.

Sharaj operatives caught wind of this and informed their leaders. Raqqite Sharaj devised a risky course of action to gain his victory. Instead of using his superior ground forces as they should be used. Raqqite used them to board the warships through open space.

Over a dozen transports jumped into the Warrata’s core world sensors range. The transports then went dark, cruising towards the stationary derelict fleet. Once in range the Sharraj launch over a hundred thousand assault troopers. Hurling them through space.

The Sharaj suffered tens of thousand of casualties, the majority due to malfunctioning spacesuits. Fortunately the Sharajen’s superior combatants over threw the inexperienced merchants. In toll they capture 36 warships. A few other ships were too damaged during the fight. Due to the lack of qualified personnel to repair them, those ships were converted for training purposes.

The Sharaj (Sh-ah-rah) or (Sh-ah-raj)
It is said they will “Claim a new Empire.”

After a long period of peace, while the Sharaj expanded its military power, they broke out into a dual system war. Focusing more on ground warfare than space. They lacked adequate warships and used reconfigured cargo freighters to transport the bulk of their forces.

They soon enveloped both systems into their Empire; using their vast numbers to overwhelm the divided and underdeveloped nations. These nations would quickly surrender ownership.

Mandomn wanted to halt his expansion to build up their already stretch thin military. He would die a few years later and his son Reqqite Sharaj will be voted into the position of Supreme Leader.

Raqqite planned his next conquest for a border system that connected their growing empire to their former birth world, Anarraj. His ultimate goal would be bringing Anarraj into the Sharajen Empire. Anarraj, by now, unified its own star system of 11 worlds and drafted its self as a successful ships builders. They were also a proud owner of a Tireh DeciMyraidium Gate. It was the jewel the Sharaj needed to become a recognized power.

The Sharaj wouldn’t consider themselves as the “new kids on the block” like many larger powers in existence see them. Their colony was one of the first created after their birth world of Anarraj, a quickly developing earth like planet, entered into its industrial boom.

Sharajen’s derived their name from their home planet of Sharaj, which is mostly a desert covered planet.

It took them decades to develop enough of a significant infrastructure to reach back into the stars. Their leader, Mandomn Sharaj (The leaders and their leader’s family replace their last name to the name of their people to show their blood lines importance. No one else has this honor), in response to threats of pirates, devised a plan to save his people. Mandomn convinced his people that their only protection from outside forces would be through their strength as a unified people.

WithIn years Mandomn convinced the other slowly developing colonies in their solar system to unite together under one flag. Three did, while one did not. Using its increased numbers and stronger ground force, The Sharaj conquered the unwieldier neighbor. The Sharaj People anointed Mandomn as thier Supreme Leader.

The Growing Post

As I’m sure some may have realized I have skipped a day on maintaining at least one post a day as I have been doing.

The reason why that came to be, was due to a much longer detailed history to one of my minor factions of TMU (Terran myth universe).

As you will see in the next week, I will outline a fun history of the faction known as the Sharaj. If you don’t read it here on the blog then you will miss out because it will not be mentioned in the novels.

Which brings me to another fine purpose. This blog is the filler for information that may be requested or information you have had no idea you wanted to know about TMU.

So As always! Stay tuned!

You are all great!

House Of The Omega

Time has always been the author to our own demise; painting its words through the years, yet without revealing the forthcomings to the on looking observers. Unlike the history books that you would usually look into for accurate recalling of certain events, I Damius Drake Omega will tell you the whole truth about my bloodline, the dark truth. You can make your judgment from there.

In the beginning there were six principal houses; all originating from Greece. Far after the fall of the Roman Empire and the near ending dark ages these houses migrated their influence and blood lines throughout Europe; creating more subdivision houses. Each house consisted of one blood line; so many people address our early disagreements as blood feuds, but this is just incorrectly addressed. The reason we refer to ourselves as houses instead of families is because in beginning each house was created by multiple blood lines that merged into one unity. We all started off peacefully as do many groups, but as generations passed and over time our blood lines thickened into one single line; the competitive nature of the houses grew. It grew from debates into violence and after years of constant fighting, it was turned into competitive games.

After many years the houses expanded into fifteen separate houses; six of these were addressed as Principals, the next six were minor houses and the last three were known as the bottom houses. Do not mistake them being known as minor or bottom houses as them being weak; it was only that they were later created. Alpha, Beta, Delta, Xi, Sigma, and Omega were the six original houses. Epsilon, Eta, Theta, Lambda, Zi and Omicron were the second series of houses established in broader regions of Europe. Pi, Phi, and chi were considered bottom houses. After Chi snuck its way into the lime light the Principal houses created a pack between themselves to dismantle any further creation of houses, feeling there power would be tested.

Reading this back over it makes it feel as the houses were a ruling threat in the world. Unfortunately this is not true. We kept to ourselves for the most part except for one house who decided to make something of its influence; my house, The Omega Family.

Come the time of the twenty first century the Omega family monopolized its resources into Omega Corp. We were a running threat to many of the corporations in fields such as power supply, research and development, weapons tech and transportation. We held dominance in most of the European Nations and we were making ground in the United States, but my family underestimated the evil that American money brought. A series of violent attacks stuck hard at the progressive approach to the American States, and once Blood of the Omega family was spilt; hell broke loose. For over a year, the Omega family waged a war with the US Corporations. It was fault in the ways of gang wars; assaulting factories and assassinating board members. The law couldn’t stop it from happening, even though attempting to do it many times; the never suspected that rich corporations were behind the violence breaking out around their cities. It was masked by the already high random level of crime that was committed on a daily basis.

Meanwhile it seemed the other houses faded into what our family called Legend; only appearing to have a few members left of each house left. The Omega family was the only house to progress with the times and move into the new world. My family was very keen on exploring its origins but it seemed through time we got too caught up with money and lost ourselves in the American Corporation wars. We moved most of our assets to the United States in order over come our competition. It weakened our hold in the homelands; made us ripe for the picking for a political takeover or any other form of a takeover.

By the time I and my siblings were nearing our mid-teens the war ended; we had won. And of course after every victory won, we had to celebrate. All we did was paint a larger target on our House. What we didn’t see coming, was what unfolded next.
